The North Sea Jazz Festival, the world's premier jazz event and touted as "one of the top 10 events in the world" by Time magazine, is to be staged in Asia for the first time in the festival's history.
Hong Kong's spectacular New Harbour Front in Central Hong Kong Island will be home to three glorious days of jazz when the North Sea Jazz Festival debuts from November 14 to 16, 2014.
Although the festival's base is jazz, many genres are also presented, blues, soul, hip hop... For its Hong Kong debut, North Sea Jazz will
feature HK's most publicly recognized jazz musician, Eugene Pao, as well as leading international

Hong Kong WinterFest is the series of events sponsored by the Hong Kong Tourism Board which kick-off late November/early December and run up until the New Year's Countdown on January 1st.
One of the highlights is the centrepiece in Central's Statue Square, which becomes the season's icon.
Last year's theme "Wishes on the Wind", a 15 metre
contemporary sculpture featuring three dandelions beautifully illuminated and carrying special wishes in the wind for the holiday season was
the hallmark at Statue Square.

Hong Kong Pulse is the city's newest light show, a great FREE show with spectacular 3D audiovisual effects in the Kowloon harbourfront at the Hong Kong Cultural Centre and the TST Clock Tower, just a short walk from the Tsim Sha Tsui Star Ferry station and the Avenue of the Stars.
In November, the theme will coincide with the Wine and Dine Festival and will run until mid-November. There are several nightly sessions, each 15 minutes long.
When?: October 29 to November 16, 2014 - 8:30pm, 9:00pm, 9:30pm and 10:00pm nightly
